"Vistalite" Blue Snare Drum

DESCRIPTION
       Another 13" beauty, this one was built for Robby Cook of Maryville, TN, to go with his Blue Satin Flame kit. Robby wanted a very sensitive drum which would work in a relatively quiet setting, so we left the drum unvented and used a wide bearing edge and a wide, tapered snare bed to calm the acrylic shell's "ringy" tendencies while still allowing for more-than-adequate power and volume when needed.
